Culinary Culture
Generations of the world’s travelers have placed their orders at Hilton restaurants. Our authentic hospitality extends beyond a warm smile at check-in and the comforts of a guestroom. It is experienced while sipping a Blue Hawaiian Cocktail, the tropical drink created by legendary Hilton bartender Harry Yee or while sharing a dessert created by one of our star pastry chefs. You’ll find it in our critically acclaimed restaurants where chefs and Team Members serve presidents, royalty and celebrities, often in one seating.
Our culinary legacy is one of inspired cuisine that feeds the soul with hospitality from the heart. In the Hilton International Cookbook (1960), our founder Conrad Hilton wrote, “Across a dinner table people from different countries discover each other’s ideas, opinions and cultural backgrounds. Through this interchange we learn to understand each other better, and in a small way we promote world peace.” Today, as your hosts, we are proud to share this vision and fill the world with the light and warmth of hospitality.
