Beth Scott is Hilton Worldwide’s Vice President of Restaurant Concepts for Full Service Brands and Luxury Brands and oversees a global team that provides restaurant and bar solutions to our hotels.
With her team, Beth is leading initiatives aimed at developing and realizing innovative and commercially successful restaurant concepts. We aim to change the face of Hilton’s restaurant offerings, emphasizing concepts with a unique identity that will add value to our Hilton, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Conrad, and Waldorf Astoria brands worldwide.
Beth comes to us with an accomplished F&B background. Most recently, she was based in Shanghai, providing independent hospitality consulting to clients throughout Asia. Prior to this, Beth served as Vice President of F&B for Loews Hotels, where she successfully led numerous brand-enhancing initiatives throughout North America. Additionally, Beth brings us her experience building and running independent, high-end restaurants and entertainment venues. She served as Operations Director for the celebrity chef/restaurateur, Todd English. In that capacity, Beth oversaw the opening of successful restaurants in premier locations to include Boston, New York, Las Vegas, Aspen, and Washington, DC. Beth also opened and ran restaurant and entertainment venues for the House of Blues Corporation in Chicago, Orlando, and New Orleans, and she served as General Manager of their flag-ship venue on LA’s Sunset Strip. Her entrance into the F&B arena was with the first Planet Hollywood in New York. She later went on to open and run several others in Chicago and Southern California.
