Don Jalisco

• 1/5 cup Don Julio anejo
• 1 oz Butterscotch
• 4 tsp Aloe Vera Honey
• 1 splash of M.Brizard blue curacao

Put all the ingredients in the shaker, except the blue curacao. Shake well and pure the mixture in an iced martini glass. Add a drop of blue curacao. Decorate with a pineapple leaf.
