Sedona Red Rockin’ Granola

History

Sedona and Granola go together like hiking boots and sore feet. Our Signature Granola has evolved over time with several recipes enhancements to become the most requested recipe we have today. We have shipped pounds of it to guests as far away as New York. We have printed hand signed copies of the recipe for guests to give as birthday and even wedding anniversary gifts. They say when you leave Sedona you never forget the views and for some of our guests they never forget the taste of our Sedona Red Rockin' Granola.

Ingredients
  • 20 oz Quick Oats
  • 16 oz Coconut flake
  • 3/4 cup Cashews (raw)
  • 3 oz Spanish peanuts
  • 3 oz Sliced almonds
  • 3 oz Pecan pieces
  • 5 oz Raisins
  • 5 oz Apricots – sun dried, diced
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
Directions

Combine all ingredients except raisins and apricots. Add raisins and apricots after baking and the mix is still warm. Spread on baking sheets, no more than 1/2″ thick.

Bake at 250 degrees until golden brown, you will need to stir during baking.
